Badger Region Championship Information, Forms and Materials

The Badger Region Championships
will be held at the Midwest Airlines Center on:

- Saturday, March 20 for Adults

- Saturday, March 20 and Sunday, March 21, 2010 for Girls 12s, 15s, 17s, 18s
- Saturday, March 27 for Boys, all age groups

- Saturday, March 27 and Sunday, March 28, 2010 for Girls 13s, 14s, 16s

Girls Entry Fee: $375 // Adult and Boys Entry Fee: $175

Registration is available at AES.

AES Import Access to enter Region Championships:
Just another reminder that if you wish to use the AES Import function, you need to send a request to the Region Office with the following information: Club name, Club code, Person requesting access and their email address.

The Badger Region Qualifier will be held at Kettle Moraine HS on:

PROCESS

Complete entry forms and the entry fee must be POSTMARKED no later than April 9th.  Any team that earns an Open or National bid at one of the National Qualifier Events must drop out. 

No entries will be accepted after April 9^th.

All teams competing in the Region Qualifier MUST BE REGISTERED for the USAV GJNC * and must accept the bid should they win it. A team must play a minimum of two Region events to be eligible for this Region Qualifier.   Any teams not registered for the USAV GJNC by April 16^th, will be dropped from the Region Qualifier and will forfeit their entry fee. 

*A complete entry into the USAV GJNC  includes the following:

            Complete entry requirements on AES, the online registration program of USAV; and

            Copy of Entry Form and Full Entry Fee (payable to USAV) into the Region Office by April 21^th. The Club must be in good standing with Badger Region (i.e. no outstanding debts, fines or sanctions).  It is recommended that teams planning to enter the Region Qualifier read the USAV GJNC Pre-Tournament Manual found on the USAV web page and understand the eligibility and registration requirements.

USAV Boys Junior National Championships Entry Deadlines
Boys teams that Qualify for an open bid at a Qualifier Tournament must send their entries directly to USAV and send a copy of the entry form to the region office by Friday, March 12th.
Teams that are entering as an Open At-Large team must send their entry to the region office by May 7th.
Teams that are entering the Club Division must send their entry form and fee to the region office by
June 2nd.
