Badger Region Junior Rankings

At the annual Junior Club Directors' meeting in September 2008, the Club Directors voted to no longer rank junior teams in the region. This decision was due to a number of factors lending the rankings to be extremely inaccurate: not all the teams participate in the process, some teams were not reporting complete and accurate results, and USAV no longer requires region rankings.
